I was thinking of doing a christening quilt in cotton lawn in very pale pastels and white, with each 4" square having something special pin-tucks, smocking, tiny hand embroidery with little flowers. But hey, I guess this has upped the ante, so to speak! Since I have no one getting christened there is no rush. No gramma yet!
