No pattern.
Started with a foundation larger than my Bible to make the outside.
Added fabric bits and stitching....
Then I layered (outside face up, flaps face down, lining face down) and stitched, leaving a hole at the bottom of the spine.
Turned. Closed hole.
Put it on.

There is no pattern for this, though maybe I'll have to work up a tutorial when I make one for Kid Two. She has a Bible that she wants covered.
