Quote: I always put a sprinkle of salt in my coffee too. It smooths out the flavor. A friend from the Philippines gave me a package of coffee that has sugar, cream and coffee all in one packet. I thought it would be horrible but it was delicious. I can't find it in the US.
Onebyone, I thought I remembered seeing these in Trader Joe's -available on Amazon. I don't like sugar in my coffee, otherwise a good option.

I'm using almond milk vanilla creamer and coconut oil now. My real favorite is Sweet Italian Cream by Coffeemate but I'm trying to stay away from the chemical stuff.

i'm a tea drinker. depends on where and what kind i'm drinking. at home, regular tea, I put milk and sweetener. at 7-11, I put cinnamon, vanilla, milk and sweetener, it's like a chai. herbal teas, just sweetener. Iced tea, sugar and lemon. Aren't you sorry you asked? lol

Half and half only. If I want something fancy I make myself a Chai.

Now, that sounds like a yummy " dessert". Dessert, anyone?

Take my tea and coffee the same, very strong brew with a little low fat milk. No sugar, no creamer/flavouring. I do have Chai sometimes, but no sweetener.

I'm a coffee drinker. I take mine with just non fat dairy creamer. if I want a sweet treat, I then add a bit of Splenda and cinn to it. tastes like a liquid cinn bun.
