you have re-inspired me! I have a couple shoe boxes full of selveges, as well as a glass jar full of balls I used to make with them, ( very pretty, almost like a jar full of candy) I'd use them to tie the rose bushes, vegetables to supports etc, sorry, the veggies might have to use worn panty hose after this!

LOVE THE DRESS!!! But how do you make an umbrella??? Nice work, I never would have guessed these things could be made from selvages. Amazing!

I'm so happy you are now re-inspired! Yes, those veggies will have to be tied with something else -- those selvages are in demand!! :D :D

With much methodical planning can an umbrella be made and the spine applied very carefully! They are amazing and the man's ski suit made of selvages I saw was just incredible that someone would so painstakingly make (forgot to take a pic of that one). It would take me 100 yrs to do a ski suit! lol. Are you going to make a dress? bol.

    :-D :-D

And I thought I was creative! Not now.
WOW - such great ideas. I've started salvages and the smaller cuts and now have some ideas of how to use them.
    They are awesome.
    Thanks for sharing.
