Been sewing Ike a crazy lady and so far, have 10 quilts to turn into Project Linus. GASP!!! But this is sewing for 6 weeks and have 2 weeks until the next meeting. Five of them are scrappy. As my collection of UFOs is getting smaller it looks my mountain of scraps has turned into a mountain range.

Oh, Julienm1! That is amazing and your mountain range made me giggle. Three cheers, or should I say 10 cheers for you. The Project Linus folks will LOVE you and your group.

Sadly, I do not have my #5 finished for March (Boo-hoo-hoo) I have more quilting to do on the wide border and tuck tails and then add binding. I have misplaced my stitching guide, so I need to do a bit of sewing room digging and that always leads to rabbit trails. Hope to finish yet this week. Will see!

Congratulations on all of the UFO Challenge folk who have done #5, #9 and #11. Yup, I am keeping a list, so if you have not posted a finish, do let us know and post a photo too if you can.

Those who are finishing UFOs but doing the challenge, you get a high five and a round of applause! I probably should be keeping track of how many UFOs the group is finishing. May be next year when our leader is back again.

Have a lovely evening everyone.

For those working out year long challenge the April challenge is #2 on your list. I have to go find mine. I have noted that is Marty's pinwheel quilt. Marty is a quilting friend who had to give up sewing and she gave me many of her tools and UFOs. Yikes, why did I take the UFOs? Hey free fabric is free fabric! Right? I am down to about 4 or 5 of her UFO's. This month is one of them.

Happy quilting, UFO deletions and fun sewing.

Oh, awesome! My #2 is Meadowsweet, a BOM that I worked on, got the top done... now I just need to make a back and quilt it, so this is a good one for this month, since I'm also finishing the cheeky "extra" quilt that I started in March. Looking for *two* finishes in April, at least! Let's gooooOOOOooooo!

Quossum, I am right behind you. I located my #2 and I think all it needs is a good press, sandwiching, quilting and binding. Yea!!

I did not find my missing stitch guide, but I pressed on any way. (Pressing on, tee-hee-hee!) Quilting is finished. I just need to tuck in a few tails, add binding, and ta-da! I will be able to move on to the next project.
