Thank you.....It is the site and people like you that keep us going. Sometimes I wish it were possible to find a mid point more or less somewhere to set up a quilt meet with people from this site.Originally Posted by SunlitenSmiles

Angelina NR.What a great job you did bringing all those quilts together in one spot.
I can't take credit--cat-on-a-mac curates the gallery, and she does a fantastic job! Originally Posted by m-fay

gramquilter - love your black batiks. Anytime I see a black batik (they seem to be few and far between) I buy some. In fact, not many batiks I don't love! Wish I could have them all.
qltrSue - I think I said something in the first clue that for week #2 you will need some light brights and some more of your constant lights.
moonrise - your squares look great. Lucky buy! I've never bought their scrap bags, what sizes pieces did it contain?

Come on over and join in the pincushion/needlecase swap. We can always use more people. All skill levels are welcome!

I was about to ask about using a mix of dark greens for the dark fabric as I have a lot of those left from a couple quilts. Now I see moonrise's choices and think they look great!
So I will go with the mixed greens for my ummm.... constant dark, unless you think I should pick one dark green and go with that.
I want to do the floral thing in this quilt and do have some dark green leafy fabric I could use for all the dark.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Ideas?
