So many creative ideas in the finishes. Didn't even consider using different colors for the stars but it sure does make them sparkle! Then then there are the wonky set in for the blocks, so neat, and the colors are so terrific. Seems to me, it would be possible to use the ideas for dozens of different quilts. Amazing job everyone and Judy lovely versatile design. Almost done with mine, just can't seem to get the last border of HST going the right way. Well of to my sewing room to rip it, rip it.

I did take one liberty with the pattern - a couple of folk on here said my blocks 'moved' so I decided to make them 'move' a bit more! lol. I was so pleased that the star sashing Judy designed would adapt to allow me to incorporate my other idea.

So, I've got plenty black areas to practice feathers on, but I may have to give this to someone with no pets - cos the black seems to be a magnet for every cat-hair in the vicinity lol.

Thanks once again to Judy for the hard work she puts in to these train-rides - I've had a blast!!!!!
Siodach, I absolutely LOVE this! great variation!

I really, reeeaaallly love the scrappy quilts you all have done! I have other things going on so I didn't make one myself but I have so enjoyed seeing the process! I already mailed my block to Jolo so I can't show a picture.

I sent my block to Jolo before it was decided to do a "show and tell." It's done and should be there by now!

Siodach, would you be willing to give us how you worked up your sashing? I love how the wonkiness really made a statement. The black sashing really makes your colors pop too. I'm into black and greys this year.

    Moonrise...love your star border

Mamahen...your darks & lights are beautiful

SDeaaz...This one's amazing with the green stars on blackish background, I love it.

Siodech...Brilliant, what more can you say?

Here's my very bright effort..Love the pattern & the stars, so now I have to make another 3 blocks to lengthen it, before I finish off the stars.
