    A beautiful quilt! My grandmother recycled old clothing into her quilts so you bring back some memories. It's also good that you're showing us all that quilting doesn't have to be expensive. You can have beautiful results from what are basically cast offs.
    I've been buying and saving old plaid flannel shirts and other flannel scraps I found in thrift stores for a quilt. Last week I even found an unopened queen size roll of cotton batting at a thrift store. I think I have enough to make it now, I just need to get a couple other projects done first.
