    This quilt most likely took its inspiration from the colorful Mexican Talavera ware. There are lots of pictures online.

    This quilt is called Fandango. I first saw it on the cover of one of the quilt magazines. I have one in progress, but I’m stuck on the borders.

    I was too wowed to pay much attention to the quilting (too much or not) but generally speaking, I think machine quilters often do more than is needed, even if it is pretty!
