Bravo!! Clap! Clap!! CLAP!!! It's lovely--even if we haven't seen the 100% final photo... we know it's perfect.

WE all know who was guiding you and that sewing machine for the quilt today, God was leading the way. Perhaps this quilt and knowing you did it all in a day with God's help Gaylene might just find our Dear Lord and know what faith can do. Maybe if we all say a prayer not only for her health but that she will be led to the Lord through this experience and her fantastic sister-in-law and her faith, God will answer our prayers. WE do know He answers prayers in His own way. Great job lady and so much love you have for your DSIL. You DH needs to take you out to a NICE Valentines dinner and any other special thing he can do for you. Quite a feat . I must say I need to find that pattern and make one. I know I couldn't do one in a day like you did, but maybe in a week. I did just get a baby quilt done in a week and a half, but then I traced the pics with my light box and then used crayons and colored the blocks, so this took a while. It was really fun to follow this thread and see your progress, like we were there with you. Congrats and prayers for your family and Gaylene.

Gerbie, I so agree with everything you have said. In God's own time and for His own purposes He answers our cries to Him.

Prayers for Gaylene and your whole family. This can be conquered and she has a lot of love going for her already. Your making this quilt of love has to help her knowing that so many are rooting for her. Marvel

Gaylene was in my thoughts and prayers this morning in Church. Just came on all of a sudden during Church services, and I said a special prayer for her. Hopefully she has been touched and knows that God is there for her at all times and she will seek His love and help. God works in mysterious ways, to have His Will be done. Hugs Gerbie
