    4 more border sections to go! The first corner came out really good too. After all the set in seams in this quilt I shouldn't be afraid of them anymore.

    Absolutely stunning!! I am so anxious to start mine, but nervous as a cat in room full of rocking chairs! Still trying to round up fabrics; hubby wants it red, black, white and gray!

    To try out your colors beforehand, try scanning the blank design that comes with the pattern. I opened it in paint, pasted in the fabrics, used the eye dropper tool to pick up the color and then filled in the spaces.

    One more tip... save it as Windows BMP file type. If you do JPEG, it screws up the colors and instead of having a one-color fill in a space that can be done over and over with a different color, it makes it mottled.
