Beautiful quilt! I made this quilt a few years ago for my niece 's baby. I got the pattern from Craftsy. It's a great stash buster! Don't you just love the way it creates a border within the basic design? Lucky baby to be receiving this wonderful quilt.

Nice bright quilt. I can tell that Mom really is pleased! The quilt will be so much fun for baby because of the bright colors and the lovely train themed back.

Quote: Where can I find the pattern for this diagonal baby quilt??
I got this same pattern through Craftsy, but I am not sure if they still carry it. If not, you can purchase a paper pattern from the designer, Pleasant Valley Creations. I see that it is $8, with free shipping. The pattern is called Diamond Patch and includes directions to make 5 sizes: baby, crib, lap/twin, queen, and king. I hope this information is helpful. It is a fun quilt to make with charm packs. I like to cut my small fabric scraps into 5" squares and then organize them in acrylic shoe boxes according to color. That way they are all set to use in scrappy quilts that call for charm packs. Have fun!
