Drooling! I've bookmarked this so that when we find our house and I can do a sewing room,I'll have some ideas. This is fabulous. I don't think I'll ever be able to be anywhere near as organized but it's a pleasure to look at and dream. It must be so wonderful to go in and find exactly what you want right away without having to dig through a ton of stuff to get to it.

Good for you! That is exactly what we did! 3 extra bedrooms-one is office, one is storage for big ironing board and buffet that goes with my antique sewing/dining table and exercise stuff (yah, right) and my own sewing/craft room. Yippee for all of us who have the space time and a few dollars to make this happen. We deserve it. We all know how time flies and life is way too short. You go girl!

Oh, but I bet you might be as organized or maybe even more so. As I got older it is just easier to be organized and less preoccupied with other stuff. I don't like things out in the open, I don't care for dust, I prefer finding stuff when I need it. Hence, the need to invest in the cabinetry. On sale stuff at local big retailer-Home Depot.
