well, we didn't get snow for the first day of spring, but it's exceptionally cold in west texas for this time of day. i think i'll just kick back in my recliner, cuddle up in a quilt and take a nap after i have me a bowl of homemade chicken soup. that all sounds good to me.

It's the 20th!!!! Yeah, I got to open my present from my SQA.
THANK YOU, SQA. What a fun present. I can hardly wait to make the Watercolor Basket wall hanging. I have never done one of these and it looks like a fun project. But I have to promise myself not to start it until I get all of the blocks that I have agreed to do on the various swaps. I am so glad I reorganized my stash so it will be a piece of cake to find the materials that I will need to make the flowers. The 2" Quilt Fuse will certainly make this a fun project. I love the pretty flowered panels, they will make wonderful quilt labels. I am going to use the pretty pansy material you used for the wrapping to make a special something for one of my daughters-in-law. She is crazy for pansies. Maybe I will make her a quilted purse, she loves to shop and could use another purse.

Oh My :lol: :lol: My secret angel sent me another special package! I went to work today sick, but came home suddenly feeling better. There was a package for me. I got Easter gifts, I got a bautiful card for me and my family. Easter socks, easter tea towels, fragrant diffuser (ocean breeze), notepad for frig, stuffed bunny,and of course a stuffed angel with long legs. My angel always sends me some sort of angel. Try to post so everyone can see. I am very thankful for these gifts. It's so nice to recieve something special. Thanks again whoever you might be. Oh where's the Chocolate??? I want chocalate!!! I quess you really care for me, so you don't send any. I'll forgive you. I love Peeps :lol: I quess not allowed those either :( Quilting Hugs
