I agree about the broken record, but when I love a quilt, and wanna complement the quilter, it's ok! We all love to be given praise for our work, and sometimes it's wonderful, spectacular, wow, stunning, nice, etc.

You can always switch from adjectives to other nice things to say...
I admire the colour choice
I am drawn to the patterns you chose
I want to curl up under your quilt
It speaks to me of a lazy sunny day
It reminds me of my childhood
It makes me think of the smell of cakes baking
It makes me feel warm and cozy to look at it

I agree that we all like to have something said about our work. so, even if its the same adjective it does make one feel good about the hard work we put into our quilts.
