LLBean has a following of very loyal customers. Their customer service is excellent and their products are guaranteed and returnable. Their customers would not take a chance on an unknown seller considering they probably don't know a quilt from a table cloth as far as value. We talk and read quilts everyday but there are many who never even once thinks about a quilt in years. :lol:
