As far as piecing, I want to do a bargello (have the book) and someday a landscepe.

As far as actual quilting, I really want to try piecing the batting in sections as I go. A few folks have posted that they make the quilting easier by doing it in sections and putting the batting in in setions. Makes a lot less bulk to deal with all at once.

I haven't done trapunto, paper piecing, reverse applique, or any machine quilting. I'm sure there are others. Chenille and rag quilts also. Have never 'birthed' a quilt or printed pictures on fabric.

I made a promise to myself at the beginning of the year that I was going to try paper piecing, machine quilting and curved piecing. I took classes to learn machine quilting and paper piecing and am trying curves right now. I am not the best at any of them yet, but at least I am trying. Next year I will try new things. I am good at machine applique, but HST I am not that good at.

Stack n Whack. I enjoy seeing the quilts made with this technique, but have no interest in doing one.

I have a trupunto book, but still not sure how to do it, many different methods in the book (all by hand). I want to do curved piecing, prairie points and design my own pieced quilt. I love designing applique. If I can draw it, I can make it into a quilt! I'm going to try a cathedral windows project soon.

Art quilts. I just don't have the creativity to produce that kind of thing.

Hand quilting. I just don't think I can do it neatly enough. I'm in awe of those who can make the beautiful patterns with perfect stitches.

Wasn't the sweatshirt thing a reverse applique? You put the fabric on the inside of the sweatshirt, stitched around a pattern heavily and then trimmed around the cutouts. Not exactly needle turned reverse, but it was reverse.
