Believe me it is, however, maybe I shouldn´t tell you this but it is sooo high in calories. But once won´t hurt

Well here is the duck I cooked and it all got ate!!!! Nothing was left.

Mmmmmmm looks delicioso. Haven´t cooked mine yet as we went out for lunch all 6 courses, we were totally stuffed. Going to a friend today for drinkies and having the duck Sunday.
