    As the border fabric is the same as some of the strips, you could add a contrasting small inner border to separate them first, although I quite like how it blends into the quilt too...I think it will look lovely either way :D

    I agree with Izy, a thin border of some of the pink, then your green will frame it nicely.

    if it were mine I would add a narrow border of navy blue for contrast say cut about 2 inches then the green just my thoughts
