When I was part of a Round Robin, I made my center piece out of the most intricate Mariners Compass pattern and left all the starting and finishing threads. This was just the way I was. I also wanted to see which of my friends would go so nuts and just feel the need to cut them all!!

I entered my avatar quilt in the Dallas Quilt Guild Show. Some of the comments I got were "Why did she put ants (the Kokopellis) on the quilt." Decided to only enter the quilt in SW shows. Or at least where the people know who/what Kokopelli is/does.
