    Ummm, Rhubarb Cake. Just a hint for you Rhubarb growers, they love pure nitrogen. I use straight chicken manure on my plants and they grow immensely. If you don't have access to chicken manure you can use blood meal which can be purchased at your local nursery or garden supply place.

    Thanks! I have quite a lot of rhubarb in the freezer. I've printed this off to make tomorrow, and pulled the rhubarb out to thaw.

    would you know the calorie content, carbs, etc oh and do you peel the rubarb? can't wait to try this! thanks for the recipe.
