    Your quoted price sounds like a lot to me. Our price would be $40....that's our minimum charge for any quilt. Kevin has a Nolting Pro 24 that has a basting stitch, and even for a king, it wouldn't take a lot of time to only doing basting.

    Why not buy your wholecloth from a place that does the basting as an option.
