I work for a company that provides subsidized housing and each year all of the buildings provide a gift to be put in the grab bag. My origanization also gets sponsors to provide more gifts, so last year, everyone got a gift. There are various things mostly gift cards to resutarants, Home Depot, White Sox tickets, wine tastings, and various other things. Since I do alot of scrappy qyuilts (and get donations from other people) I put in quilts for the building I work in. Of course, I am reimbursed for the batting and thread that I use.
