What a great room. That window over your quilting machine is super.

Thanks everyone. This is the first time I’ve had a dedicated sewing room rather than a spare bedroom. My little quilting buddy, Makoa, gets tired following me throughout the house, so she crashes on her special pillows. I’ve been quilting only about 2 years, so my “stash’ is pitiful, to say the least! But what there is is on the shelves in the closet and in the drawers next to the bookcase. I was able to add to it while on a “shop hop” vacation this summer. That was great fun! Speaking of Shop Hops, there’s one scheduled to start here on Oahu next week. It consists of a grand total of 6 stores and 2 of those are sewing machine dealers!

And I was so busy admiring your room, I forgot to tell you that your little puppy is just adorable!! My cat follows me from room to room and wouldn't lay on a pillow unless he thought I needed it for some reason....

It is Richard's Build a Frame plans. We are very happy with it. My husband is a pretty handy guy and had no problems building it. Hindsight being what it is, we probably should have made it a 10-foot table instead of 8 feet, but I was thinking of space.

Thanks! I think I might go ahead and order the plans. Everything I have seen on it sounds good!!
Go to my blog listed here and take a look. I've got a section there with a lot more details on the frame. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.

Is there a link on Richards site to your blog? Because I remember reading it before!!! Very informative by the way!
