Your quilt is very pretty. I think straight line quilting would suit it perfectly. I like to quilt just inside or just outside the seam line. That gives me something to guide me. You can add extra lines of quilting as well. Nice fabric choices!

I would SITD around the sashing and the inner blocks, and then fmq a flower or something with some curves in the inner blocks for some interest.

It's very modern looking. Most modern quilts are heavily quilted, but you said you don't really have time for all that. I like all the previous suggestions, and also thought of quilting random shaped triangles (connected with straight lines where one side is lengthened until it becomes the side of the next triangle) all over. It would look kind of like meandering loops but with straight lines and triangles instead. You could also do the same thing with all over rectangles and squares which interlock partly overtop each other. Hope that makes sense. There're some pantograph patterns like that. One is named Contempo.

I would use vertical wavy lines, running the length of the quilt. If you have a walking foot you can do this with your straight stitch machine. Here's a tutorial, it's easy and doesn't take that long. I think your quilt would benefit from curvy lines since it already has plenty of straight lines in the piecing.
