I have to agree with what has already been said. You always do such beautiful, awesome work that any quilt would look great after it was quilted. Beautiful quilt made stunning. I am in LOVE with the back. BrendaK

Oh my!!! I have that panel, and the magazine I originally saw it in, but didn't know what to do with it. I LOVE this quilt, and the quilting is over the top!!!

Really is easy. The quilt is still attached to the top and bottom leaders, so all I need to do is lay the prepared binding along the top edge, with raw edges of the binding and the quilt top even. Stitch along, 1/4 inch in from that raw edge until I get to a corner, miter and stitch the corner just as you would on a domestic machine. Continue stitching down the edge of the quilt sandwich as far as you can, leave the needle in the sandwich and carefully roll the sandwich to the takeup leader and continue stitching, repeat until you have stitched within 10/15 inches of where you began stitching the binding. Remove the quilt from the frame and finish the last 10/15 inches on your domestic machine. Remember, I am only applying the binding to the front of the sandwich. I will take it off the frame, turn the binding to the back and hand stitch it down to finish it.
