I found a quilt I made for parents back in the 1990's. I was to box it up and send it to my sister in Kansas after our parents passed away about 15 years later. The stitches were so big! and I didn't do such a hot job of matching seams either. I did make an addition to the label before I shipped it off to reflect the change in ownership. I had to really hold myself back from doing some ripping and repairing!!
