    This quilt was a kit that I ordered from Fons & Porter. It went together fairly quickly--until I started hand-quilting it. There's a motif in each of the log blocks, and a leaf in each of the smaller surrounding blocks. That took FOREVER. I was up late Christmas Eve trying to finish this!

    I love the soft colors in this quilt. I usually lean towards bold, but they're perfect in yours. Very nice!!! I'll bet your daughter loves snuggling under something her mom actually made just for her!

    You did a great job and your daughter must be thrilled to be the first to receive such a treasure. I love that line of fabric. It is so soft and sweet. Thank you for sharing.
