Dyson - I love my Dyson & would buy another when this one breaks. It's made for pet hair & can switch from rug to tile floor with a push of a button.

I have a Dyson, too, and I love it! Very lightweight, which is great for my back.

The Dyson Ball Version (I have the small ball/small cup version don't really need the big one on wood floors etc) is the best. My entire apartment has wood floors and the bathroom has tile. I have 2 small rugs as well. When I bought it, I was in the market for one that was bagless and woudn't lose suction and die out on me. I also wanted one that was lightweight and easy to manuever as at the time I was pregnant. I made my choice after some intensive research and I couldn't be happier. It is just so freakin durable and easy to operate, cleans up anything I ask of it and is a just a total pleasure to use and own. It is worth the investment. You won't need another new one for awhile - if ever again - if you take really good care of it, wash/replace the filters etc when necessary over the years. A friend of mine has had their older Dyson for 13 years now and it's still going strong, no loss of suction or performance! Using even their older model that my friend had convinced me to check into their newer model and I couldn't be happier! I've owned mine now for about 2 years and I love it!

Explosive blessings, abundance and inspiration to you all!

I have this. It is recommended by carpet people as probably the best. Just as light as the Oreck and absolutely more powerful.

Ditto. I LOVE my Dyson. Had it with lots of carpet in prior home and now 5 years of nearly all hardwoods and tile. Works wonderfully and really DOES keep its suction as advertised even for pet hair.

I absolutely love my Riccar and you get free filters and check ups every year. The on board tools are the easiest I have ever used.

I have the Dyson Animal. I was burning out vacuum's like crazy because of the long Borzoi fur but this one is going strong and they offer a 5 year guarantee. The belt broke and they had another new one out to me in a couple of days, no charge.

I bought a Riccar last April and love it. I wanted vacuum made in USA to support our economy. I am very pleased and highly recommend buying this vacuum.
