Here’s a block for Hav. It’s the second of my polka dot blocks. It’s a mixture of a couple of blocks so it has no name that I know of. Hope it suits you.

Ltsew lovely blocks!

Moonworks I have enough trouble following a pattern let alone enlarging it to double in size. Very pretty block

Janice what a fun block, love both of the polka dot fabrics.

Off to the lake for coffee and donuts then back home to pack up. Only 34 here brrr

WMUT I plan on purchasing some browns, your fabric in the last boom showed a big deficit for my bins of browns

This is a 6" block that I enlarged and modified. I even changed it up from my "practice" block. I have no idea where the original 6" block came from, it's been sitting in my photo gallery for a long time as inspiration. I was inspired to try to make it a Sunflower for you.
Cool block

It's very cold here. Yesterday I had to go and cover my plants in the garden and I had a helper, well not really. Take a look.

Sewbiz I love my modern Christmas block. Now I have two wonderful modern blocks (that can be turned diagonally) and two wonderful traditional Christmas blocks. My sisters will be happy. Today I plan to at least start my first block: flying zebras.

My DH and I are ordering a new travel van. We’ve been looking for a used one for years but had no luck getting one without a shower. We will have a shower off the back. The best thing about the van is that it will have a place for me to sew with my regular sewing machine. The van people are designing me a table to go with the bench seat and outlets nearby. DH added extra solar panels and a second alternator in the car so the battery will always be filled.

Because of my heart, My days of doing hiking biking or kayaking in the morning and then going again in the afternoon are past me. So while my husband’s doing the second outing I’ll be sewing. SEWBIZ you’ll laugh at this: I always bring kettlebells, bands and my yoga stuff.

We are planning to go to Alaska for three months next summer. Our old 99 Econoline van which DH built out is not reliable enough to make the trip. Maybe I’ll get to do next Summer’s boom while I’m traveling.!

Well I’m off to work on flying zebras in the morning and a mixed doubles tennis match with my husband in the afternoon. A perfect day!

Look at the great pix again this morning. Blocks and a pup! I’ll add everything into the gallery after this post. I haven’t read everything yet but I’ll check back in later. It’s been a busy morning.

Below is my block for WMUTeach. I really hesitated for days doing such a simple block but I think it fits the bill as an old pattern. The fabric is cream, not white, so no worries. Hope this one will work for you.

Have a terrific weekend.

I got to visit Alaska when my sister lived there. It was just beautiful, we got to see glaciers and went whale watching. The mountains were stunning. The only thing I could not get used to were the 18 hours of daylight.

I love the simple blocks. I made a Rob Peter to Pay Paul for WMUTeach. And a Cats Cradle for Duckling

Great blocks, one and all! I'm headed to the gallery to update it. Give me a little time as there are so many! And don’t hesitate to let me know if you spot a goof!
