I remember one time when I was little, my great grandmother put cornmeal in the kool-aid by accident. She said a few choice words as she strained it out. It was funny to us kids, but my mom and aunts were almost hysterical because the preacher was in the living room during ggma's rant. haha

LOL. I can remember when my mother-in-law came over with some fresh peaches to make a peach pie.She was an excellent cook. I came home from work looking for the peach pie,mouth watering. Instead of the sugar she grabbed the salt. Oh my.

Yep...made a pie once with salt instead of sugar. In my defense tho, I was very young and flour, sugar & salt were kept in canisters on the kitchen counter. The salt canister was next to the sugar - need I say more? It sure looked like sugar. Duh!
