    Definitely better than diamonds or pearls! You are a lucky girl and I know you'll make your great grandmother's blocks sing! As others have commented, don't forget the label. It's such a neat story, it needs to be told. I just adore all the fabrics she used!

    What a fabulous treasure you have here!! I see fabric very similar to the ones in the quilts my grandmother made in the 30s. I think it is so neat that you are going to finish this quilt for your great grandmother. Then put a label on the back and tell the whole story.
