Oh all your words are comforting! It was John's last wish to stay at home, here in the UK there is a full support package, with Specialist Cancer Nurses, District Nurses and Local Doctors visiting our homeregularly, in the last week, several times a day. Our Health service provide all equipment, even a Full size profiling Bed to keep him comfortable, it made it easier to care for him too.
I will be starting quilting soon and will show you all my progress as soon as I can!

Welcome back to the board. We don't "know" each other but I would like to extend my condolences on your loss.
So glad you are starting to quilt again.

Sorry to hear about your loss. I'll be praying for you and your family.
Quilting should help you get over your loss (but you don't really get over it entirely), you need to keep yourself busy. But, if you feel like crying, go a head and cry it will help you get over the grief.
