Thank you all so much for your kind words. I drew the seam allowance on each side of each piece with a pencil that is how rookie I am but I couldn't figure out how to do a y seam without the marks. You all have made my day!!!

I think that quilt is just beautiful. A hard looking pattern to my eye, and you made it. Don't let the difficulty of this quilt stop you. In fact, having done this quilt, you now know that you can do ANYTHING!!!! Go for it.

Be proud of yourself - its a great quilt! Your daughter will adore it because its a cute quilt and because you made it, which is the important thing! Great job!
