    Yes, the piecing was way time consuming but it came out great. The "Mom" who will get this quilt is like a second daughter to me - such a wonderful young lady! Then the placemats go to my friend as a B'day gift. I did not have a pattern for those - they kind of "evolved" as I sewed. I was pleased with those as well. My friend is my roommate from college!! (...that was just a few years ago :lol: :lol: :lol: )
