    It looks great the way it is to me!
    I would love to see what you come up with for the Canadian flag! I have been trying to come up with a pattern with my graph paper and I just can't get it to look right!

    Thanks everyone for your encouragement.....I will work on the Canadian one and the Newfoundland one and post them here in this thread.....
    For the Newfoundland one - yesterday and today I have been working on my design/pattern..but that one will be PP because of the design....
    Will keep you up to date on the progress...here's what the Newfoundland flag looks like....and and the website defines the flag!

    A nice pattern that I found for the Canadian Flag would be this one:

    If I would do this one I would enlarge the pattern to make it bigger but I like the idea of paper piecing this one because of the maple leaf!!!
