I'm retired but when I did work computors were just getting into the work force (does that tell you how old I am) and ours was only for work that we did there. No outside communication to be found. Probably a good thing. Marge

At school, the site was blocked, but I told the guy who could unblock it that I use the photos to show my students quilts--and it's used for math problems, etc--so illustrate what I'm talking about. (So many times quilting can be used for math!) They agreed to open it. I did show some kids the quilts from the quilt show yesterday during study hall... and I showed them the Fall Splash to show them how quilting is right and left brained. Otherwise I might jump on for 5 min while I swallow a sandwich--that's it. They can monitor where we go--but I just don't think they'll complain about 5 min about three times a week. It's the only site I visit that's not 100% school related. I need to look at something besides teaching stuff to keep sane.

I work at the local library. Of the 6 of us that work there, only 2 even know how to get on the internet. I'm pretty sure they'd figure out it was me surfing quilting sites, if they knew how to check brower history, but they don't! I have gone on this site a few times when it was really, really dead in there but generally I'm too busy.

Bossman doesn't care as long as the customers get taken care of and the work gets done... so yep! I'm here often during the work day!

My company has everything blocked. So no I don't. They are very strick. I guess it is not worth getting fired over. Besides we have two much to do, we can't get it all done in one day. Work Work That is the moto at the business I work at.

Absolutely NOT! Not ever! The tech person at my school corp can access absolutley everything I do on my computer. Besides, other than my 30minute duty-free lunch, I would have no time to come to this site. I do not Yahoo email or Facebook from school, either.

I occasionally check it when I need 5 minutes of downtime to save my sanity. I am the boss so I am not worried about getting in trouble but I just don't have time to goof off much. Too much work.
