    This is a great site and you will love all the pictures and great people here. As for the hand quilting... NOPE not for me. I'm all about fast that's probably why I have the Gammill Statler. Glad to have you here. Rose

    As for where to start with Applique, go to your locale fabric shop or quilt shop and find out if they have classes. You can also check out our your nearest quilt guild and ask if anyone teaches there. Rose
