    The pictures are pieced into the black squares. It was a lot of work, and I think if I do another one of these, I will stick to the squares and rectangles. :? I printed the pictures out and then cut the cirlces out in the black fabric and pieced the pictures into the circle. It was done with freezer paper, cutting, clipping, cutting, sewing... and a LOT of patience. It was sure worth it though! :-)

    i think the circles really make it stand out as unique!
    i can also see where this would be quite a challenge!
