I hate snow!
#21
Well I love snow, unfortunatly though I could not enjoy it because my husband had to be at the hospital at 6 this morning for a heart procedure, so I was shoveling snow at 4 am. Not my cup of tea. We made it fine though and now I am back home.

Oh, quiltingfan, I hope the procedure went well! Maybe you can enjoy the snow later??
I live in north Texas. I moved here to get away from snow. Last Christmas we had a real blizzard, and all the people who laughed at me when I told them I hate snow now understand what I meant. We were literally snowed in for four days. (I live in the country. You can't drive on roads that have 12 inches of snow, at least none of my cars could manage it and I was smart enough not to try. Many of my fellow Texans spent the night in a ditch.)

I don't like snow either. It means I can't walk the dog (I fall easily and get super nervous- broken bones earlier in the year)and I love my morning constitutional.
Hope you get your supplies soon.

i guess overall, the weather in SW Ohio is ok....I like winter better than summer (can't stand the heat & humidity) it does snow, but rarely enough to shut things down. If we do get enough to close things down, it's for just a day.
I do love that generally by March, winter is usually over, and spring is coming!! Hobby Lobby has the gazing balls out and starting to put out the lawn & garden statues - warms my heart!!
