    Puzwhiz...Thank you I have always liked it but thought I'd never be able to do it....ahhh look at me now :D

    Ruth Camp...gee I bet she forgot about that ...just want to share with the world that we sometimes forget.....I used the arcylic tool and it does have the directions in with it when you buy it....it is the EZ quilting ...EASY DRESDEN by Darlene Zimmerman :cry: :roll: We sure don't want to lose the forum :shock: Thank you for the heads up.

    Very interesting. And.... very pretty. I hope to take some classes this fall. It looks hard to me. But, you do such nice work cathie - you make verything look easy!

    So pretty! I've always admired Dresden Plate quilts. Such a classic block. I have a bunch going. I may have to drag those out this week!

    Ruth: I took the link out but it was not taken out from the book, anybody that types Dresden Plate quilt in Google will be able to get to that internet page; it is the first PDF file in the list.

    I know about copyrights and all that and I would never photocopy something in a book and put it on internet. In this particular case, it s a sampler that Eleanor Burns put on internet probably to sell her book, there is a phone number where we can call to order the book.

    Louise C....thank you for the past post you put up and the other info of the Dresden Plate quilt....have to be careful on so many things ..it's scary..I seen Hgtv part on the previous post and thought it was okay but I don't know...I'm new at this internet stuff...thanks for all your info and explaination :D

    nanabirdmo....Thank you yep in one day ....could have done more ..it was easy to do..once I had the info on what needle...etc..I needed :D

    sewnsewer2....Yes it was easier than I thought.... :D

    beachlady.... :oops: shucks you make me blush... :lol: I know your just being nice...you know I like the purple and was talked into the yellow...which I don't care for but this is just a sample to see it I could even do it.... :roll: Oh you'll love the class...it was fun...course all of them are anyhow... :D

    Beautiful cathieg! I know you said that the yellow center wasn't your favorite, but it does make those purples vibrant :D
