    I really like that idea. What a great way to use up material. I love the scrappy look. Looks like another idea for....someday :lol:

    thanks so much for all your kind words. especially about the machine quilting. i am still pretty tentative at it. it helps to get positive feedback. i thought i'd never get the hang. now if i can just get a table to set my machine down into, maybe i can tackle a larger quilt.

    thanks for the kind words, susan. i am getting ready to make a full size one of these. i gave this one as a baby gift and now i have to have one for myself :D
