Thanks everyone for your kind comments. I bought the AP&Q magazine because of the Fancy Feathers quilt on the front and knew I HAD to make it even though it was over my head. I did a lot of unsewing but am happy with the end result. I think I am going to have both of these quilted by a pro.

They were made from my scraps, very little cut from yardage and I only machine applique due to a pinched nerve at C4.
