Now I am a true "Hill-Billy" having a home in the hills of Tennessee but I have not heard of this type of procedure for a vasectomy. Our veterinarian is the smartest one in the county by far, he made it to the 5th grade and nobody has made it past the 3rd around these parts. So he knows his stuff!!

Now to also set the record straight just because you live in the south does not mean you marry your cousin.........I happened to have married my aunt. It was my dad who married his cousin and my sister married our grandpa (dads brother) but she was always the rebel of the family.
