    Absolutely gorgeous!!! (BOTH of them)

    I love the colors, design and quilting...it's just breath taking. I was laughing when you said lint because when I saw the cat I was thinking OMG...the cat hairs will out number the lint. I have a kitty that looks a lot like that except he has some black and he leaves fuzzies everywhere.

    If you ever want to part with either of them...I think you can find quick homes here :)

    Well, when I got it from the sewing room to sew on the binding, it was covered with white cat hair- OMG!!! It took an entire lint roller to get 90% of it off. Then I washed it twice. She had been sleeping on it for weeks- I threw it in the corner on the floor when I moved some things around and she just decided it was for her. She's not speaking to me now- I took away her bed.
    Poor kitty. There's always another quilt.

    Apparently- I have seen this in books, you can strip piece it and cut the diamonds all at once. No bias edges that way. Maybe next time.
