Welcome to the board. There is a monthly swap a lot of us participate in. Today is the last day to sign up for October, but if you miss this deadline, there will another for Nov. and Dec. There's a definite crispness of Fall in the air today, so I'm going to bring some hard cider and doughnuts to the hole. Is it dug yet? I'd like to time it so I get there just as you're all finishing that task -- *insert evil laugh* -- but hopefully you'll forgive my laziness when I share my treats with you!

Then we can get started mapping out our midnight raids. I'm thinking since Dreamer and Neesie are MIA, we could start by raiding their stashes.

Quilty Louise, so happy to see you! Looking forward to the swap, my box of treasures overflowed so had to get a larger treasure box. One of the fun things about this project is the collecting of the items. I know when I opened mine last year I was like a little kid and loved every minute of it.

I wonder if it is fate that we get our names the same week that my job (Joann's'!) is offering a bonus employee discount. I plan to make my little elf very, very happy!!!

Oh, I'm just getting started, but will fill with lots of goodies.
