    I have a lot of Xmas fabric and piece smaller scraps into a large piece and use it as backing. It makes for a 2 sided quilt and the recipients love it.

    There are some wonderful patterns out there for Christmas fabric. I used a ton of my scrapes for my bed and we love it at Christmas.
