thats funny you put that i just got 3 twins for 2.50 each a full for 4.50 and 3 queens for 5.00 each i love when walmart changes packaging or brands their loss my gain lol

I bought some from Ebay from a lady that has an ebay store. Price was good. I'm not at home right now so I can't check the price, but it was very reasonable.

Thanks so much for all the suggestions. I've never used extra wide fabric for backing, but have the opportunity to order on-line and have things shipped within the USA so thought I'd try it. It seems that I look at these on-line stores and they have such good prices, but shipping to Canada is either impossibly expensive or just downright impossible. Americans, I think your maps are blank above the 49th parallel! I've just ordered some fabric from Marshall's Dry Goods and will check out the Christian Lane link, too. When I ordered at Marshalls, there was a box to type in your postal code to calculate postage rate. To come to my house, it was $131.20, to go to my MIL in California, it was $12.90. What's with that!

I have done that too but have read on some posts at differing sites that using sheets is a no-no because of the increased thread count. I haven't had any problems. Have you or anyone else. I actually found some at Ollie's, an outlet for a price too good not to try. Only one had a problem...the sides were missing the hemming or salvage...not a problem for me. Most I have bought were 250-300count. Thanks, I appreciate some feedback from anyone who has used these.
