You can use whatever method(s) you want to use. I do both machine and hand piecing/applique/quilting. Depends on the project and how I feel at the moment.

Hi Tinkerfeet, I spend the winter just a bit north of Parker. (25 miles south of Lk Havasu. Where abouts are you? I usually head there early Oct. We have a huge quilt grp. in our park. (Verde West).

Hi Pat I live about 25 miles outside of Havasu in the desert. There is no town we have 80 acres and love it. I take my grandson to school in Havasu so I am there a lot. If you know where standard wash is we are about a good 25 miles on that road.

Ye gads, you're way out there with the cactus & coyotes. I don't know where Standard Wash is. Are you north or south of Lk Havasu? You must really be isolated. No wonder you quilt. LOL
