Thank you for sharing your antique quilts with us. Hang on to the pics and you won't have to go through all that work again. you should put them in a quilting journal.

Hi quilter2! Most of my quilts have been collected over time from estate sales, private sellers, antique shops. I am frugal, so I don't think I have paid more than $20. for any of them. Also, some had a little damage, so that kept the price down. I am willing to repair them and give them a good home.

The only ones I have from my great grandmother will be in the next round of pics. I have almost as many to photograph yet as I have already done!! Even surprised myself to see them all at one time. Glad you are enjoying seeing these! Penny (pgthom)

Hi sewmom: Thanks for the suggestion. I have them saved on our computer. I made a file labeled "studio" and I put all my work in there. Also good for insurance purposes. Sometimes someone will want something I made in the past, and it is hard to remember everything. Having photos has been a big help over the years. The older ones are real prints in an album. Not any more! The wonders of technology!! LOL

The bird and pot quilt is Birds and Urns. I have some of the original patterns for this, they were in an auction box.

I love them all. They should be taken out more often.

All I can say is Wow! My favorite is what you call Mariners' compass. Thank you for taking the time to upload the images for all to see. Well Done!
